Welcome to Bond Fluidaire. By accessing bondfluidaire.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to purchase from Bond Fluidaire. By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method selected.

2. Products and Pricing

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. Colors and packaging may vary slightly. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, refuse or cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing or availability information, and limit quantities.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt but do not guarantee acceptance until payment is authorized and inventory is confirmed. We may cancel orders due to suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or stock limitations and will notify you by email.

4. Payment

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total amount including taxes and shipping. Promotional codes are subject to stated conditions and may not be combined unless expressly allowed.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss

We currently fulfill orders within the United States. Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect packages upon arrival and report damage promptly to info@bondfluidaire.com.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. Certain items may be non-returnable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Warranties and Services

Manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer. Bond Fluidaire optional services (setup, extended warranty, consultation, repair, corporate programs, express shipping) are subject to separate descriptions and may require additional fees. Service outcomes depend on device condition and customer cooperation.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale without permission, interfere with security, or use the site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for violations.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, logos, and materials are owned by Bond Fluidaire or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute site content without prior written consent, except for personal non-commercial browsing.

10. Disclaimer

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOND FLUIDAIRE DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOND FLUIDAIRE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO A PRODUCT OR ORDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bond Fluidaire from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in the United States, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
